Managing Watchlists

Your watchlist is where you track the assets you care about most. Gilito AI runs over 2 million strategies per asset every day, and your watchlist gives you a quick overview of the latest signals and top-performing strategies for each tracked asset.

Your watchlist is the starting point for all research in Gilito AI. Add the assets you want to monitor, and Gilito will surface the best strategies and signals for each one automatically.

Adding Assets to Your Watchlist

Step 1: Open Your Watchlist

Navigate to the Watchlist section from the left sidebar in your dashboard. This is where all your tracked assets are listed.

Step 2: Click "Add Asset"

Click the Add Asset button at the top of your watchlist. This opens the asset search dialog.

Step 3: Search and Select

Type the asset name or ticker symbol (e.g., "Apple" or "AAPL") into the search field. Results appear instantly as you type. Click on the asset you want to add, and it will be added to your watchlist immediately.

Searching for Assets

The asset search supports multiple ways to find what you're looking for:

  • By ticker symbol — type the exact symbol like MSFT, TSLA, or AMZN
  • By company name — type part of the name like "Microsoft" or "Tesla"
  • Browse by market — filter by index such as S&P 500 or IBEX 35

Removing Assets from Your Watchlist

Step 1: Find the Asset

Locate the asset you want to remove in your watchlist.

Step 2: Open the Actions Menu

Click the three-dot menu icon on the right side of the asset row. Select Remove from Watchlist. The asset will be removed immediately. This does not delete any data — you can always re-add it later.

Viewing Watchlist Signals at a Glance

Your watchlist displays a summary for each tracked asset, including:

  • Current signal — Buy, Sell, or Hold with a confidence indicator
  • Gilito Score — the composite 0–100 score for the top strategy
  • Price change — today's price movement
  • Signal change — whether the signal shifted recently

Click on any asset row to open its full detail page, where you can dive into strategy results, historical signals, and more.

Organizing and Prioritizing Your Watchlist

You can sort your watchlist by different criteria to focus on what matters most:

  • By signal — group all Buy signals together, making it easy to spot opportunities
  • By Gilito Score — see which assets have the highest-scoring strategies right now
  • By name or symbol — alphabetical sorting for quick lookups
  • By recent change — prioritize assets with signal changes
Tip: Keep your watchlist focused. Rather than adding hundreds of assets, concentrate on the ones you're actively researching or considering for your portfolio. This makes the daily signal review faster and more actionable.

Watchlist Limits by Plan

The number of assets you can track in your watchlist depends on your subscription plan:

  • Free — up to 10 watchlist items
  • Pro (€50/mo) — up to 50 watchlist items
  • Advanced (€500/mo) — up to 500 watchlist items
  • Enterprise (€5,000/mo) — unlimited watchlist items
Reaching your limit? If you've hit your watchlist cap, you'll need to remove an existing asset before adding a new one, or upgrade your plan for a higher limit.
