Dashboard Overview
The Gilito AI dashboard at tio.gilito.ai is your command center for quantitative trading research. This page provides a complete tour of every section of the interface so you know exactly where to find what you need.
Layout Overview
The dashboard is organized into three main areas:
- Sidebar (left) — Primary navigation between all major sections of the app
- Top bar — Global search, notifications, and account settings
- Main content area (center) — The active view, which changes based on your sidebar selection
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar on the left side of the screen is your primary navigation. It provides quick access to all major sections of Gilito AI:
- Watchlists — View and manage your asset watchlists. Each watchlist displays its assets with their current signal (Buy, Sell, or Hold) and key metrics at a glance.
- Portfolios — Manage your portfolios and track your actual positions. See aggregated portfolio performance and position-aware signals.
- Agents — Configure and manage automated monitoring agents. View active agents, their conditions, and recent notifications.
- Settings — Account settings, notification preferences, market selection, billing, and plan management.
Top Bar
The top bar runs across the top of the dashboard and contains three important elements:
Search
The global search bar lets you quickly find any asset across all supported markets. Type a ticker symbol (e.g., AAPL) or company name (e.g., Apple) and results appear instantly as you type. Clicking a result takes you directly to that asset’s detail page.
Notifications
The bell icon displays your recent notifications. These include agent alerts, signal changes, and system updates. A badge appears when you have unread notifications. Click the bell to see a dropdown of recent activity, and click any notification to navigate to the relevant asset or agent.
Account
Your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner opens the account menu. From here you can access your account settings, manage your subscription plan, or sign out.
Watchlist View
When you select a watchlist from the sidebar, the main content area shows all assets in that watchlist. For each asset, you will see:
- Ticker and company name — The asset identifier and full name
- Current signal — A Buy, Sell, or Hold indicator with color coding (green for Buy, red for Sell, neutral for Hold)
- Gilito Score — The top strategy’s composite score (0-100) for quick assessment
- Price change — Recent price movement for context
You can sort your watchlist by signal type, Gilito Score, or alphabetically. Click on any asset row to open its full detail page.
Asset Detail Page
The asset detail page is where you do your deep research. When you click on any asset, you are taken to a comprehensive view that includes:
- Overview section — Current signal, Gilito Score, price chart, and key fundamentals at a glance
- Signals tab — The current and historical signals for this asset, including which strategies are driving each recommendation and how signals have changed over time
- Strategies tab — Full ranking of tested strategies, sortable by Gilito Score, return, win rate, Sharpe ratio, and max drawdown. Click any strategy to see its complete backtest results and parameter details
- Rankings tab — Daily strategy rankings showing which approaches are performing best for this asset right now, and how rankings have shifted over recent days
Portfolio View
The portfolio view shows your actual investment positions. Unlike a watchlist (which is a tracking list), a portfolio reflects what you own. The portfolio view displays:
- Position summary — Each holding with shares, average entry price, current value, and unrealized profit/loss
- Portfolio-aware signals — Signals that factor in your current exposure. A Buy signal on a stock you already heavily own may differ from a Buy signal on a stock you do not hold
- Allocation breakdown — Visual representation of how your portfolio is distributed across holdings
To add or update positions, click the edit button on your portfolio. Positions are manually managed — Gilito AI does not connect to your brokerage. This ensures your data stays private and under your control.
Agents Section
The Agents section is where you configure automated monitoring. Agents run on a schedule and check your defined conditions against the latest data. When conditions are met, they send notifications.
In this section you can:
- View active agents — See all your running agents, their conditions, and when they last triggered
- Create new agents — Define what assets to watch, what conditions to monitor, and how to be notified
- Review agent history — See a log of all past notifications sent by each agent
- Pause or delete agents — Temporarily disable an agent without losing its configuration, or remove it entirely
Settings
The Settings section contains all account and workspace configuration:
- Account — Your email address, display name, and authentication details
- Markets — Select which markets you want to follow (S&P 500, IBEX 35, and more as they become available)
- Notifications — Configure how you receive notifications (email, in-app) and manage notification frequency
- Billing — View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, manage payment methods, and view invoices
- Team — On Advanced and Enterprise plans, manage team members and their access levels
Navigation Tips
- Use the global search in the top bar to jump to any asset instantly — this is the fastest way to navigate when you know what you are looking for
- Click the Gilito AI logo in the sidebar to return to your default watchlist at any time
- Your last-viewed section is remembered between sessions, so the dashboard opens where you left off
- On mobile or narrow screens, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu. All functionality remains fully accessible
What You See Depends on Your Plan
Some dashboard features are only available on certain plans:
- Free (EUR 0/month) — One watchlist, one portfolio, daily signals, basic strategy data
- Pro (EUR 50/month) — Multiple watchlists, agents, advanced strategy details, full backtest data
- Advanced (EUR 500/month) — Everything in Pro plus team access, priority signal delivery, and extended historical data
- Enterprise (EUR 5,000/month) — Everything in Advanced plus dedicated support, custom integrations, and API access
If a feature is not available on your current plan, you will see an upgrade prompt in the relevant section. You can upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing.
Now that you are familiar with the dashboard, continue to Assets & Markets to learn about the core concepts behind Gilito AI’s quantitative research engine.
